Intercourse Island
INTERCOURSE ISLAND, Western AustraliaThis prime orgy location is surrounded by islands called West Intercourse Island, East Intercourse Island, West Mid Intercourse Island, East Mid Intercourse Island and Mistaken Island, all named by Captain Phillip Parker King when he stopped here with the HMS Mermaid. The story goes that he had a bit of an intercourse (i.e. a conversation) with the local aboriginals, probably with the aid of the famous aboriginal Australian Bungaree who would have been onboard.

Baan Baa
BAAN BAA, New South WalesAlthough there are a lot of sheep around here, this small town's name has nothing to do with their cries. Baan Baa (pronounced "barn bar") translates to "swim away" in an aboriginal language. The town apparently used to be a lively little place but now it is not much more than a grain rail terminal with a population of around 200.
Go back down the road a bit and you'll see some sheep

Little Ugly Creek
LITTLE UGLY CREEK, QueenslandThis pretty little creek west of Brisbane was the scene of an ugly and mysterious crime. The body of Allison Baden-Clay was found by a canoeist around here in 2012, not far from the Tyamolum Scout Grounds. Ironically, Allison was the husband of Gerald Baden-Clay, the great-grandson of Lord Baden-Powel, the founder of the Scouts. Gerald ended up being found guilty of murdering Allison and dumping her body.

OLD WOMANS HEAD, Interlaken, TasmaniaThis small peak can be found near Lake Crescent in the Central Highlands of Tasmania, but very little information can be found on it on the internet. Not surprisingly, the peak next door is called Old Mans Head.

Eromanga
EROMANGA, QueenslandAs you may know, Japanese comics are called manga, and ero means erotic in Japanese, so this town's name sounds exactly like it means erotic comics. In fact, there is a popular Japanese manga and anime called Eromanga Sensei ("Erotic Manga Teacher"). However, as you can probably guess, the town's name is actually a word from a local aboriginal language. The dialect is unknown unfortunately, but it is believed to mean 'windy plain' or something like that.
Even though it isn't as erotic as it sounds, there are a few interesting things about this tiny outback opal town (population 45). One is that it is claimed to be Australia's furthest town from the ocean. Another is that Australia's largest dinosaurs have been discovered here making it quite an important site for palaeontology. It is also mainland Australia's largest oil producing area. If you're in the area, check out the Eromanga Natural History Museum and the old Eromanga Royal Hotel.
