DEAD GOAT SOAK, South Australia

Dead Goat Soak is located deep in the beautiful semi-arid Flinders Rangers in South Australia. It's a nice spot for some serious bushwalking and also a significant fossil site. In Australian English, a soak is a waterhole, a place where rainwater collects. Apparently, during a drought a goat died in this soak which made the water undrinkable.
